chatN is a customer service and social media platform for businesses in Brazil. chatN Publicador is the chatN feature that lets each business connect its own TikTok account and post its own short videos, with caption, privacy settings and human approval, from the same place where its team already works.

O chatN é uma plataforma de atendimento e redes sociais para empresas. O chatN Publicador é o recurso do chatN em que cada empresa cliente conecta a própria conta do TikTok e publica os próprios vídeos curtos, com legenda, privacidade e aprovação de uma pessoa da equipe.

Who it is for / Para quem é

Businesses that use chatN for customer service (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok messages) and also publish short videos about their own products and services. Each customer company uses Publicador only with the TikTok account that it owns and connects itself.

Empresas clientes do chatN que publicam vídeos curtos sobre os próprios produtos e serviços. Cada empresa usa o Publicador só com a conta do TikTok que é dela e que ela mesma conectou.

How it works / Como funciona

1Connect TikTokIn chatN, under Social Media, the account owner clicks "Connect TikTok" and authorizes with TikTok Login Kit.

2Prepare the videoThe business uploads or edits its own short video in the chatN video editor (trim, captions, cover).

3Review and chooseOn the "Post to TikTok" screen the user sees the connected account, writes the caption and picks privacy and interaction settings. Nothing is pre-selected.

Revisar legenda e escolher privacidade. Nada vem marcado.

4PostOnly after the user clicks Post (now or at the time they scheduled) the video is sent through the Content Posting API. The status shows in chatN.

Só depois do clique em Publicar o vídeo é enviado.

The "Post to TikTok" screen / A tela de publicar

Shows the nickname of the connected TikTok account, read from TikTok right before posting.
Privacy options come from TikTok for that account. The user must choose one; there is no default.
Comment, Duet and Stitch start unchecked and are locked when the creator has turned them off in TikTok.
Commercial content disclosure ("Your brand" / "Branded content") with the matching TikTok labels; "Only me" is not allowed for branded content.
The user must agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation (and Branded Content Policy, when applicable) before posting.
Video preview, editable caption (up to 2,200 characters) and a notice that processing may take a few minutes.

Permissions we request / Permissões

Scope	Why
`user.info.basic`	Show which TikTok account is connected (display name and avatar). Mostrar qual conta está conectada.
`video.publish`	Post the video the user approved directly to the connected account. Publicar o vídeo aprovado.
`video.upload`	Send the video as a draft to the TikTok inbox, when the user prefers to finish it in the TikTok app. Enviar como rascunho.

We do not read messages, followers or data of other TikTok users. Access can be removed at any time in the TikTok app (Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services).
Não lemos mensagens, seguidores nem dados de outros usuários. O acesso pode ser removido a qualquer momento no app do TikTok.

Content rules / Regras de conteúdo

Each business posts only its own content to its own account. Publicador does not copy content from other platforms or other creators.
Publicador does not add chatN branding, logos or watermarks to the videos.
Customers must follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
